JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the primary area of responsibilities includes cleaning to the common areas at Hillcrest House and other duties as assigned to other buildings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hillcrest House

  1. Sweep and mop basement common area
  2. Buff basement common area one time weekly
  3. Clean, sweep and mop conference room, which includes pick up any trash, empty trash, wipe down conference table, clean glass as needed, dust, sweep and mop, arrange furniture, if needed
  4. Clean bathrooms on every floor
  5. Remove trash from basement and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor offices
  6. Dust, sweep and mop basement and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor offices
  7. Clean computer room, which includes dusting, vacuuming, and picking up trash
  8. Sweep/mop stairwells
  9. Other duties as needed, which includes cleaning carts and cleaning out empty rooms
  10. Pour bleach down ice machine drain – 1 cup weekly

                Spencer

  1. Clean bathroom thoroughly – 1 time weekly

                Administrative Office

  1. Clean main office every Friday in the afternoon – Check in with Office Manager

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be skilled or qualified for the specific employment or show the capacity to be trained to complete the job as determined by the Vocational Coordinator and the Specific Supervisor.

Must be a current resident of the ASD Housing Program.

  • Must receive a certification of Current Lease Compliance for the last 90 days from the Residential Coordinator as requested from the Vocational Coordinator or Human Resources Manager.
  • Must receive a certification of compliance from Medical and Case Managers
  • Resident is eligible and legally able to work in the United States
  • Must be able to meet ASD current Criminal History requirement

PAY: Starting $12.50 per hour
