Housing Applicant Information

In order to become a resident of AIDS Services of Dallas, an intake must be completed. Placement is based on medical need and availability.

No appointment is necessary but individuals are encouraged to arrive promptly at 9:00am.

If an individual is physically unable to come to intake a case by case evaluation will be made to determine if a home visit is appropriate (Dallas County only).

At the time of intake, the following documents are required:

  • Picture Identification
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth certificate
  • Current Verification of Income
  • Letter of Diagnosis

If you do not have the required documents you can initiate the process but it will not be complete until all documents have been received.
